JAMESTOWN - As part of Military Appreciation Month, the Jamestown Blue Jay Girls Soccer team will be honoring members of the military at their May 23 home game.

Spokesperson Betsy Reiten says in a press release that the National Guard will be present at the game.  The Jamestown Drum and Bugle Corp will play and the color guard will present the flag during the national anthem.
Admission to the game on May 23 will be free for all veterans and current military members.
The team is encouraging Blue Jay fans to wear red, white and blue, as long as the U.S. flag is presented properly.  Prizes will be awarded for the best-dressed.
