Kidder County Fair
The Kidder County Fair runs July 9-12 in Steele, ND. 4-H, FFA and Open Class exhibits and judging begin at 1 p.m on Wednesday and are open to the public from 7-9 p.m. The 4-H Horseshow and Lunch Stand are open on Thursday and there's an Open House at the Kidder County Library. The 4-H Tractor Driving Contest is at Rodeo Grounds west of Steele on Highway 10 beginning at 4 p.m. On Friday, enjoy Static Exhibits at the Kidder County School, Library Open House, Community Flower Show, Kidder County Community Health Free Burger Grill Out at Veterans' Park, Live Gospel Music at Veterans' Park, 5K Run/Walk at 7:30 p.m. at the football field. On Saturday, the Youth Livestock Point Show begins at 9 a.m., Kidder County Historical Museum is open, line up for the parade at 9:15 a.m. north of Golden Manor and proceeds to the school, free inflatable games at the courthouse from 10 a.m to 2 p.m., Clowns and animal balloons, Great American Duck Race, Fire Department Water Games, Horse-drawn Wagon Rides, Classic Car & Vintage Tractor Show, Steele Bull Fest at the Rodeo Grounds begins at 5:30 p.m.
