New High Risk Sex Offender Living in Jamestown

JAMESTOWN –  Jamestown Police are warning residents about a convicted high risk sex offender who is now living in the city.

Patrick Lee Leno is a 36 year old white male who stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 165 pounds.  He has hazel eyes and brown hair.

Leno is currently living at 2308 Circle Drive on the ND State Hospital campus.  He does not have a vehicle and is on GPS monitoring.

Lenoe was convicted in February 2002 in Cass County District Court, ND for Indecent Exposure involving a 4 year old girl while he was working for a fast food restaurant.  He was convicted  in March 2008 in Burleigh County District Court, ND for Gross Sexual Imposition involving a 3 year old girl he was babysitting.  Leno was also convicted in March 2008 in Burleigh County District Court, ND for Child Abuse involving a 6 year old and a 3 year old girl.

Leno is not wanted by police at this time, having served the sentences imposed by the courts.  Police Chief Scott Edinger cautions residents that any attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten Mr. Leno, his family, landlord or employer, will be turned over for prosecution.  Printed handouts of Mr. Leno’s demographics are available at the Jamestown Police Department.
