Bismarck Man Sentenced For BB Gun Incident

A Bismarck man, Eduardo Diaz, has been sentenced to three years probation after pleading guilty to terrorizing and criminal mischief on Tuesday. The charges relate to an incident last summer when Diaz shot out his neighbor’s windows with a BB gun and threatened him. As part of his probation, Diaz is prohibited from consuming alcohol or visiting places that serve it, and he is also barred from possessing or using firearms.
