Data from last year indicates that violent crimes, including assault, arson, homicide, and human trafficking, have increased by nearly three percent in North Dakota. Attorney General Drew Wrigley highlighted a concerning statistic, noting a reversal in positive trends for DUIs. He reported that DUI and other alcohol-related offenses accounted for 22.2 percent of all arrests in the state.
