Legal Marijuana Measure Approaching Signatures Required For Ballot

A proposed measure to legalize recreational marijuana in North Dakota is nearing the required signatures to appear on the ballot this November. With over 15,000 signatures collected, the measure needs 15,582 to qualify. Supporters are confident it will make the ballot. Previous attempts to legalize recreational marijuana in the state failed in 2018 and 2022.
