Hunters who didn’t secure a gun deer license in North Dakota’s lottery now have a second chance. The state’s Game and Fish Department has announced that over 3,800 licenses are still available. Only those who missed out on the lottery are eligible to apply for these remaining licenses. The Game and Fish Department is accepting new applications starting today, with a deadline of July 10th. The state will distribute the licenses to the winners in August.
