A Williston man has been sentenced to 50 years in prison on child pornography charges. A federal judge in Bismarck sentenced 29-year-old Nicholas Nesdahl to five decades behind bars after he pleaded guilty to producing child pornography. Investigators revealed that Nesdahl groomed his victims and persuaded them to create sexually explicit videos of themselves. His victims ranged in age from six to fifteen. Prosecutors stated that Nesdahl’s crimes spanned multiple states, including North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Maryland, Texas, and New Jersey.
