The Indianapolis Colts were a team being ignited from the presence of their 2023 first round draft pick Anthony Richardson before they were derailed by a season ending shoulder injury, sidelining the ‘New Hope’ at quarterback for the Colts until the 2024 offseason.

Questions have surrounded Richardson and his availability for training camp, preseason, and the start of the regular season, while also asking the question, “Can he last a whole season?”

Richardson recently let people know the answers to those questions during the Pat McAfee show, saying that the QB1 for the Colts is officially “Full GO” and General Manager of the Colts Chris Ballard also confirmed the news while on a different podcast, saying,  “He was full go all the way up until the last day of OTAs, and we had two heavy throwing sessions the two days before, and so we backed off a little on the last day.”

In the 4 starts he DID have for the Colts in 2023, Richardson showcased his ability to run the ball and also silenced some doubters with his ability to throw the ball, after the injury Richardson finished with 577 yards and 3 touchdowns, while rushing 136 yards and 4 touchdowns leaving Colts fans wanting more.

Richardson will aim to bring that “more” to Colts fans this season in a now competitive AFC South with the rising Houston Texans, and the hopeful Jacksonville Jaguars.
