13-Year Old Driver Arrested After Valley City Crash

Two teenagers were injured in a rollover crash in Barnes County while driving illegally on Sunday evening.  That according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, who says an SUV driven by a 13-year-old failed to stop at an intersection and drove into the ditch and rolled over.  The driver and a 14-year-old passenger were injured and treated at a Valley City Hospital according to reports.  The NDHP is considering charges against the underage driver and are still investigating the crash.  The NDHP does not typically release the names of teenagers suspected of crimes, but not charged.
