RON JORDAN, KSJB LOCAL NEWS –
Sabrina Kraus, a Mandan woman accused of attempted murder after allegedly stabbing another woman with sewing shears last year has been committed to the State Hospital for a maximum of 15 years. As part of the agreement, a number of criminal charges will be dismissed. Kraus’ commitment will include credit for the 416 days spent in custody or at the State Hospital prior to Tuesday’s proceeding.
