A crash just outside of Jamestown on Monday evening killed two children and injured six other people.  An SUV carrying all eight people 10 miles west of town was being passed by a semi-truck when the driver lost control and rolled off the road into a water slough.  That according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, who says the water there is currently about nine feet deep.  NDHP says first responders arrived to find the female driver and five children coming out of the water on their own.  Two other children who were in the car died before they could be rescued.  All eight people were from Cleveland and were related, according the highway patrol.  The injured are being treated at a Fargo hospital.  An investigation is ongoing.
