A man is arrested after running into the Red River Wednesday. Fargo Officers attempted to arrest 25-year-old Fargo resident Alexander Wilkie-Priest on an outstanding warrants. As officers approached, Wilkie-Priest, he ran on foot and jumped into the Red River to get away. He eventually exited the river on his own and was arrested for his outstanding warrants and a charge of Refusal to Halt.
