A man is facing charges after allegedly threatening to shoot juveniles in Grand Forks over the weekend. Jesse Skavlem faces charges of terrorizing a child victim in Grand Forks County. Officers say they were approached by a large group of juveniles. They told officers that the suspect was a white man wearing a black beanie, black tank top and black jeans who they say was threatening to “kill everyone,” “to execute” everyone and to “blow people up.” Court documents say Skavlem admitted to police that he was in the area at the time of the incident and admitted to making statements but claimed they were targeted at himself.
