The Team USA women’s basketball team cruised to a victory in the semifinal round of the Olympics defeating Australia 85-64, giving the USA women’s basketball team their 60th straight Olympics Victory.
Breanna Stewart would again lead the team in scoring with 16 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. While a couple other players made it to double digits including Aj’a Wilson who was quiet in this game with only 1o points, Jackie Young adding 14, and Kahleah Copper coming off the bench to score 11.
The USA improved to 5-0 in the Olympics, and will await the winner of France and Belgium, with the gold medal on the line this Sunday.
