The measure to legalize recreational marijuana in North Dakota will be on the ballot this fall.   Secretary of State Michael Howe announced on Monday that enough signatures were gathered and verified to approve the measure to appear on the November 5th general election ballot.    The measure would legalize production, processing, and sale of marijuana along with personal possession up to an ounce of flower, four grams of concentrate, and 1,500 milligrams of edible products.  A similar measure passed in 2020, but was thrown out by the state Supreme Court.  Legalization pushes in 2018 and 2022 failed.   Currently, 24 states and the District of Columbia have legalized recreational use of marijuana.
