The last weekend of preseason is upon us, here is some more headlines from around the league.

-The Philadelphia Eagles made a rare in-division trade, swapping a 3rd round pick, and two 7th round picks, in return for the Washington Commanders’ wide receiver Jahan Dotson, and a 5th round pick. Dotson was drafted in 2022, starting 26 games for the Commanders, hauling in 84 catches and 11 touchdowns in his two years in Washington. Philadelphia will add to a already loaded arsenal of A.J. Brown, Devonta Smith, Saquon Barkley, and the throwing and running threat of quarterback Jalen Hurts. Will this be one of the best offenses in the league?

-The Kansas City Chiefs announced that they would be signing center Creed Humphrey to 4 year 72 million dollar deal, making him the highest paid center in the NFL. Humphrey has started every game in his career and has played more than 98% of offensive snaps for the Chiefs since he was drafted in 2021.

-And when it comes to the QB Battle in Pittsburgh, quarterback Justin Fields weighed in on who he thinks should be the starter for Steelers in 2024, Field said “I think I’ve shown what I can do, I think the time that I did have with the first team practicing in training camp, I think that went well. I think we grew a lot each and every day, but at the end of the day, it’s not up to me.” Fields has been ‘battling’ with former Seahawks and Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson for the starting position since both were brought in during the offseason. Fields was traded for from the Bears, and Wilson was signed as a free agent, after Denver cut ties. Both passers will have one more chance this weekend to prove who’s the leader of the team when Pittsburgh travels to Detroit to take on the Lions.

Our Week 1 Power Rankings are fast approaching, make sure to leave who you think is the best team…. and worst team entering the 2024 season!
