The Jamestown library system seems headed towards an overhaul.  Mayor Dwaine Heinrich told the City Council they should approve a resolution of dissolution between the city and James River Valley Library System.   The cooperative effort has received one-year extensions each of the past three years, but Heinrich says the lack of clarifications on monetary contributions from the city is still an issue.   The city must provide Stutsman County, who runs the James River Valley Library system, a notification of withdrawal or the agreement will automatically renew for a five year term in March.  Heinrich believes the county should be contributing more, and the city less.  The City Council would need to draft and approve the resolution at an upcoming meeting.
