North Dakota Rated as one of Best States in Helping Homeless People in New study

A new study by SmileHub rated North Dakota as the third best state in helping homeless people.

Only Connecticut and Illinois rank higher and take up the top two spots. The bottom three states on the list are Tennessee, Georgia, and South Carolina.

The study looked at 20 different measures, including food insecurity rate to preventative policies. North Dakota placed first in food and health support, and third in shelters and housing support.
