A man has been arrested and charged with terrorizing after an incident at a local car dealership earlier this week.  The incident happened Monday when authorities say 66-year-old Randi Boom of Jamestown violated a restraining order at RM  Stoudt.  Police say Boom was caught on video threatening to shoot and kill Democrats.  He also allegedly stated that he never “killed anybody” in the Marine Corps, and “didn’t want that training to go to waste.”  Bloom was arrested and charged with terrorizing and the restraining order violation.  An initial Bond hearing will be held on Thursday.
