Three people were seriously injured in a Monday afternoon crash near Jamestown.  69-year-old Curtis Maki, of Glenview, Illinois, was driving a Hyundai Palisade southbound on Highway 281, approaching the intersection of 32nd Street Southeast, and 43-year-old Robert Aleman, of Mission, Texas, was driving a Dodge Ram, traveling westbound on 32nd Street Southeast, approaching the same intersection.  Investigators say Aleman entered the intersection, striking the Hyundai on the driver’s side of the vehicle. Both vehicles came to rest in the southwest ditch.  Both drivers and 65-year-old Cheryl Maki, a female passenger in the Hyundai, sustained serious, but not life-threatening, injuries in the accident.
