A railroad worker who was fired over a safety complaint is getting his job back.  The U.S. Department of Labor has told Soo Line Railroad to give an employee their job back after that person was fired following complaints around worker safety.   An investigation found that the North Dakota based company violated federal workplace protection laws.  Soo Line Railroad must also pay $200,000 in back wages and damages.   The employee, whose identity is protected due to whistleblower laws, filed safety complaints following concerns about chemical exposure at a construction site.  They were fired weeks later.
