A Fargo area man has been indicted on charges of murdering a teenage girl. A Clay County grand jury returned an upgraded indictment against 18-year-old Isaac Arndt, who is charged with premeditated first degree murder and second degree murder. Ardnt is accused of stabbing and killing a 14-year-old girl in Moorhead in August. Police say Ardnt changed his initial story about a stranger following them in the park where she was found stabbed. Authorities say he admitted to the killing. Arndt’s bail is set at $4 million and his next court appearance is November 7.
