SMP Health – Ave Maria is planning an expansion in Jamestown. The assisted living facility will be constructing new private rooms, and remodeling old rooms. Ave Maria currently has 100 beds in their skilled-nursing facility, and 58 private apartments. The project is expected to cost $8 million, and a capital campaign will begin this fall. Construction is expected to begin next spring and be completed in 2026.
