A man was caught on camera stealing a car in Fargo.
Fargo Police say it happened Monday, when a victim called to report their car being stolen on the 1100 block of College Street. According to reports, 28-year old Devin Deneffe had made off with the car by the time police arrive, but after checking surveillance police were easily able to track the car down. The first time they tried to apprehend Deneffe, he sped away before abandoning the car in the middle of the road. Officers eventually chased him down and made the arrest.
Deneffe has been charged with possession of a stolen vehicle and obstruction of law enforcement. Additional charges may be added.
