The most expensive house in North Dakota is now on sale for the price of $7 million. The Rosas Cantina Ranch has been home to Woodbury Performance Horses, a breeding and training program. The home belongs to North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Famer Alan Woodbury.
His feed has assisted horses in the Kentucky Derby, Preakness, Belmont Stakes and Breeder’s Cup. Woodbury has said there is nothing like it for sale anywhere else in the state and it is perfect for raising horses.
