The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued advisories for North Dakota as there is expected to be rain and snow. A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for north-central and parts of northeast North Dakota from noon Tuesday until 6:00 p.m. Wednesday.
The storm is forecasted to bring snowfall, with Jamestown receiving one to three inches and Carrington anticipated to see between three and seven.
Strong winds from the northwest are expected to reduced visibility and create hazardous travel conditions.
