67-year-old Sultan Osman is facing charges for fleeing in a motor vehicle, outstanding warrants, driving without liability insurance and driving under suspension after leading West Fargo Police on a pursuit Monday night.
Just after 5:00 p.m. yesterday, West Fargo Police tried to stop Osman’s vehicle for a traffic violation in the 1500 block of 9th Street East. Osman fled on the stop was initiated, which started a pursuit.
The police’s press release states Osman went through the Charleswood neighborhood and hit a vehicle in the intersection of 10th Avenue East and 6th Street East, causing minor damage. Police say nobody was injured in the pursuit.
