A winter storm rolled across North Dakota and the upper Midwest overnight, bringing heavy winds and drifting snow with it. Snow accumulations are heaviest in the Langdon, Bismarck, and northwestern North Dakota areas. The I-94 corridor between Fargo and Bismarck is seeing some impact, but only 1 to 2 inches is expected in that area through the morning. Roads will be icy and dangerous. You can check our real-time road reports online at KSJBam.com.
The Winter Storm Advisory continues until 6pm today in Stutsman County, with snow accumulations of up to two inches possible. More importantly, winds will be severe with gusts of up to 55 miles per hour expected through the afternoon. Stay tuned for weather updates twice an hour, every hour, here on KSJB Radio.
