The Bismarck Expressway had a water break yesterday, but the city believes it may reduce travel to single lanes for up to two weeks. The water break briefly cut water access to locations on Washington Street and up to Third Street, though services were restored quickly.
The city says an exact timeline is unknown and it will depend on how much damage has occured. At the moment, there is just one lane open going eastbound and westbound in the area that’s impacted.
