The Minnesota Timberwolves handled the San Antonio Spurs yesterday, winning 106-92. The win was the second in a row for the ‘Wolves, helping them improve to 14-11 on the season.
Shooting guard Anthony Edwards paced the team with 26 points in 28 minutes. Forward Jaden McDaniels grabbed 11 rebounds and point guard Mike Conley dished out eight assists. San Antonio’s Victor Wembanyama had 20 points and 12 rebounds.
Minnesota will be back on the hardwood to host the New York Knicks on Thursday. Tip off is scheduled for 8:30 p.m.
