With a cold wind and snow brewing outside, the Lisbon Broncos and Richland Colts met in a warm gym in Lisbon on Tuesday night. By the end of the match, the Broncos turned the Colts cold with a 64-16 win.
Lisbon outscored Richland in the first quarter, 25-5. The Broncos did not look back from their command lead, and only allowed two points to Richland in the second quarter. Lisbon’s Lincoln Adair earned 11 points while Richland’s junior forward Carson Klein put in five points in the fourth quarter to lead his team.
Lisbon (2-0) will play its next game against Enderlin at 7:30 on Friday night. Richland (0-2) will play LaMoure-Litchville/Marion at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
