PAYTON GALL, KSJB LOCAL NEWS –
A man was arrested in Fargo after allegedly assaulting a North Dakota Highway Patrol trooper on Tuesday.
This 44-year-old man from Moorhead was suspected of driving while intoxicated with children present in the vehicle. The man began to kick and strike troopers multiple times during the arrest, with one officer sustaining minor injuries. They were sent to Essential Hospital.
The man was detained and is likely going to be charged with three misdemeanors and three felonies.
