Cass County Deputies responded to an alarm at Bank North in Arthur North Dakota at around 2:15 a.m. this morning and found that an ATM machine at the bank had been broken into.
Deputies located a vehicle suspected to be involved in the case after a notification from Traill County authorities. The deputies attempted a traffic stop to halt the vehicle, but the vehicle fled at a high rate of speed, leading deputies on a pursuit that ended along County Road 25 near Northern Cass School. The authorities then arrested Zachary Huesers, Jacob Stein and Tucker St. Croix.
All three men were charged with suspicion of burglary. No injuries were reported, and the investigation is still ongoing.
