North Dakota State baseball loses second game at Lamar, 13-2

In baseball action, the Bison lost on the road in Texas at the University of Lamar, 13-2.

In Beaumont, the Bison struggled to matchup with the talented Brayden Evans, who went 3-for-4 with 3 RBI. Tab Tracy and Reese Beheler combined for four RBI and four hits. Bison starter Matt Sargeant was hit with the loss, going two innings while allowing seven runs. Lamar started Hayden Stallings won the game by allowing one earned run in five innings.

NDSU continues its southern road trip on Friday at 6:30. The Bison play the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley then.
