Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford has swirled around in trade rumors in NFL circles. Some believe that Minnesota Vikings could be players in a potential trade for Stafford, but no official sources have linked the connection.
The news comes after starter Sam Darnold ended the season with a loss at Detroit and one touchdown and an interception against the Rams in a 27-9 Wild Card loss, leading to speculation J.J. McCarthy could step in as the starter or a trade could occur.
On Thursday, the NFL Combine will start at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana and run through Sunday, March 2.
