A 21-year-old from Kenmare, North Dakota died on Sunday after the semi he was driving swerved off the road in Mountrail County.
According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, the man was driving a semi hauling a tanker trailer headed south on 73rd Avenue NW around 12:30 a.m. Officers say the semi did not make it around a curve in the road successfully near 66th street NW.
The semi then entered a ditch and rolled, and the man was pronounced dead on the scene. The crash is still under investigation.
