Minnesota Wild to take on Washington Capitals in East-West showdown on Thursday night

The Minnesota Wild take the ice at 6:30 p.m. to play the Washington Capitals on Thursday.

Minnesota is in a playoff spot with a 40-27 record. Washington is 47-15 and also in playoff position in the Eastern Conference.

The Wild lost to Dallas and Vegas in their last two games. The Capitals are coming off a 3-2 overtime loss to Winnipeg on Tuesday.
