The Jamestown Police Department announced that a sex offender registered a new address in Jamestown. 32-year-old Darius Dimohn Pool lives at 428 1/2 2nd St. SW.
Pool is a 5-foot-10, 165-pound hazel eyed man who has blonde or strawberry hair. He does not drive a vehicle. The state’s sex offender risk assessment committee has determined Pool to be a high-risk offender. Pool was convicted of seven counts of indecent exposure in Williams County District Court in 2024. He was also convicted of indecent exposure-expose in Burleigh County District Court in 2004.
