Storm-related crash on Interstate 94 almost causes pile-up

The wet, heavy snow that came down Tuesday in North Dakota led to crashes on Interstate 94. A semi was involved in a crash just west of Mandan at 6:45 a.m Tuesday morning. Emergency crews were tending to the semi when another vehicle that was driving too fast nearly struck the emergency vehicles. These incidents prompted a message to be released by Highway Patrol, saying, “please slow down and move over!”
