Minnesota Timberwolves to play Denver Nuggets Tuesday night as suspensions force Donte DiVincenzo and Naz Reid to sit one game each

The Minnesota Timberwolves play again tonight at 9:00 p.m. against the Denver Nuggets. The ‘Wolves go into the game with a 43-32 record this season while Denver is 47-28.

The Timberwolves currently list TJ Shannon Jr. out with a right groin strain. The Nuggets will have DaRon Holmes II and Julian Strawther out. Aaron Gordon and Jamal Murray are questionable while Christian Braun and Nikola Jokic are probable.

The NBA has also announced Minnesota Timberwolves Donte DiVincenzo and Naz Reid will face a one game suspension for their roles in the brawl against the Detroit Pistons that resulted in multiple ejections. The ‘Wolves had two total players suspended while the Pistons had three players suspended, with Isaiah Stewart getting the worst punishment. Stewart will miss two games. Ron Holland and Marcus Sasser will both miss one for the Pistons.

The brawl occurred on Sunday at the Target Center in the second quarter of the ‘Wolves win over the Pistons.
