The North Dakota State University Extension is hosting a Livestock Fencing School on April 30 at the North Central Research Extension Center near Minot.
This free event will offer a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on demonstrations, covering topics like North Dakota fencing laws, virtual and energized fencing, and cost-sharing opportunities for fence construction.
Experts will also discuss how precision can enhance fencing strategies, aiming to provide livestock producers with valuable knowledge and tools to improve their fencing systems.
The event is open to all experience levels, and the event is supported by partners like, Braaten Law Firm, Pheasants Forever, Ducks Unlimited, and the USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service.
