Twins beat Royals with shutout pitching performance on Wednesday night

The Minnesota Twins beat the Kansas City Royals 4-0 Wednesday night.

Twins starter Joe Ryan went seven innings to get the pitching win. Ty France hit a home run in the ninth inning and Matt Wallner also hit a home run in the eighth.

The win improved the Twins record to 4-8 and the Royals record dropped to 6-6.
