North Dakota’s Measure 4 has been voted as a no by 70.8% of the state’s voters so far. The latest results hit at 8:31 p.m. and include 8% of North Dakota’s total votes. This measure would bar state and local governments from levying taxes based on the value of a home or property.
Currently, 59.3% of voters have cast a ballot rejecting Measure 5. If passed, this measure would legalize the production, processing and sale of marijuana for recreational purposes for people 21 and older.
