Minnesota Twins President of baseball operations Derek Falvey spoke with reporters on Tuesday and said the Twins are “going to have to be creative if we want to make a lot of tweaks to the group,” when referring to the roster.
Falvey admitted that the Twins have a competitive core together but that the front office’s plans can’t be to simply bring everyone back.
Falvey suggested that he doesn’t expect Minnesota’s projected payroll, which would be between $138 million and $165 million, to get much higher going into 2025.
