Fargo schools is looking to hire 15 paras, West Fargo and Moorhead both have several job postings for paras and Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton recently added three more paras to its staff. Paraprofessionals give that second set of hands in classrooms where teachers are trying to manage multiple instructional strategies and students.
