Support for abortion rights is rising in North Dakota according to a new poll.
The survey from The North Dakota News Cooperative shows that 55% of those in the state oppose the state’s ban on abortion after six weeks. That is a rise in opposition from 48% one year ago. Additionally, 52%t believe the state legislature should expand the number of weeks abortion access should be legal. The poll was done November 17-19 and has a margin of error of 4.4%.
North Dakota’s Abortion Ban is currently being challenged in court and has been stayed by a judge.
