The Omaha Mavericks took down the North Dakota State Bison on Saturday, the 85-80.
The upset loss was the second straight loss for the Bison, dropping their record to 11-6. Lance Waddles led the Mavs with 24 points off the bench. Three starters found their way into double digits for Omaha while NDSU’s Jacksen Moni hit 11-of-12 shots at the free throw line to get a team leading 23 points.
The Bison are back on the court on Thursday night against Oral Roberts. Tip is at 7:00 p.m. on KSJB radio.
