A family member of missing 19-year-old Arthur Wiebe says it was his body that was found in the Red River late Thursday. Wiebe had been missing since he walked away from his family’s shop in the 4100 block of 34th Avenue South in Moorhead on Monday around 10 p.m. A passer-by called 911 to report a person in the Red River Thursday just before 10 PM.
