A Mandan man, previously released on bond after being arrested for terrorizing with a dangerous weapon, is now facing accusations of sexual assault. Police report that 22-year-old Clayton Fischer drove an underage girl to an area near the Youth Correctional Center and sexually assaulted her inside the vehicle. Fischer is currently in custody at the Burleigh Morton Detention Center and has been charged with gross sexual imposition. He was initially arrested and charged in March for allegedly threatening people with a gun at a motel.
